Vineyard work is certified organic and biodynamic, and maturation lasts a year and a half, four-fifths in Austrian Stockinger foudres and the remainder in terracotta, with no fining or filtration before bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is the serious end of the range: blueberry and black plum compote, dried herbs, liquorice and a chewy, deeply structured palate that will repay a decade or more in the cellar.
