Les Preuses is one of the seven Grand Cru climats that sit together on a single south-west-facing slope above the town of Chablis, its shallow Kimmeridgian limestone soils responsible for some of the appellation's most concentrated and long-lived wines. The domaine raises its Grand Cru fruit with restraint, favouring minimal oak and extended lees contact in stainless steel to let the site's rare limestone terroir show through.

A powerful, age-worthy white, it rewards cellaring and suits special-occasion pairings with richer seafood, poultry and mature cheeses.

*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur.
