Aladame took over his first vines here as a teenager in the early 1990s and has become the commune's benchmark producer. His parcels in Les Coères fall in the Montagny-les-Buxy section of the site, on deep marl and blue clay at 290 metres, ground that holds water well and pushes the picking date back. Two parcels contribute, the older planted in 1985, supplemented by a portion of Chardonnay Muscaté, an old strain of the variety that Benjamin Leroux also works with in Meursault Narvaux.
