The Dancer parcel lies in the lower, Dessous sector on the northern side, drawn mainly from vines planted in 1963 with a further section from the late 1970s. Vincent Dancer built his reputation on precise, low-intervention white winemaking: whole-bunch pressing, natural fermentation, restrained use of new oak and long élevage on lees, an approach that lets a site like this speak plainly. Yields are kept low across the estate.
