Vincent Dancer, an engineer by training, took over family parcels in 1996 at twenty-two and built his cellar the year after; the domaine runs to around six hectares across Chassagne, Puligny, Meursault, Pommard and Beaune, and his son Théo now handles the day-to-day. In the cellar there is spontaneous fermentation with no additions, no bâtonnage, used barrels with little or no new wood, and bottling without fining or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrinking well from two years and over the following six.
