Of the three, this is usually the most floral, pairing Meursault's breadth with a finer mineral finish. The domaine is based right in Meursault and farms organically and biodynamically; whole bunches are pressed, settled cold, then fermented and aged in barrel on full lees with little stirring and restrained new oak. A long élevage helps it wear its concentration lightly.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWhite peach, citrus zest and a long salty finish, rich yet finely drawn.
