Domaine Vincent Latour is based in Meursault, where the family has grown vines for several generations; it has no connection to the merchant house of Louis Latour in Beaune. Vincent Latour took over from his father in the early 2000s and has since brought the domaine's own barrel making and a more measured hand with new oak. The whites are whole-bunch pressed, fermented in barrel and given a long elevage on lees before bottling.
