That designation covers the country around and beyond the named crus. Cuilleron has farmed here sustainably since the mid-1980s. The winemaking mirrors the crus with a lighter touch: whole-bunch pressing, fermentation in tank and older barrels, then fine lees to build texture without letting oak intrude.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGently waxy and mid-weight, with stone fruit, a hint of almond and a dry, saline finish.
