The family has grown vines at Chavanay since the 1920s, and alongside the appellation wines bottles a range of single varieties under the Collines Rhodaniennes IGP, from younger vines and sites outside the crus. Picked by hand, the grapes are pressed and fermented in a mix of tank and barrel, then rest on lees for several months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOrchard fruit, a savoury edge and a gently nutty finish, medium-bodied and dry.
