The winery says the clay gives this wine its texture while the stones frame its length. 2023 brought real challenges in the region, and the resulting wine leans towards darker, blue-toned fruit, herbs, spice and a savoury, umami character, with young oak that will integrate over time. The winery sees it as a return to the spirit of Dry River's earliest wines.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGiven time, this one opens up: decant it if you are drinking it in the next couple of years, or cellar it for longer.
