Steve Flamsteed was after perfume in 2023, a season that leaned that way anyway, so parcels were fermented both destemmed and as whole bunches, ending at fifty per cent whole bunch in the blend, on wild yeast with ten per cent new oak. All the fruit came from the estate. Bottling was late January 2024, and production ran to 200 dozen.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePerfume is the point: rose, red cherry, sappy stem spice, then a light-framed palate with fine tannin and real length. Serve at 14 to 15 degrees and open it half an hour ahead.
