Grapes come from the country south-west of Melbourne, where Port Phillip Bay and Bass Strait temper the climate. It's a place of low rainfall, strong winds and a long history, first planted in the nineteenth century and replanted from the 1960s after phylloxera.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFine bubbles and a crisp, dry finish.
