This is the tenth release of La Bota de Manzanilla and comes from Palomino grown at Las Cañas, in the pagos of Balbaína and Las Tablas, and at La Soledad in pago El Cuadro. It was drawn from a couple of dozen toneles of 750 litres and standard botas that Eduardo Ojeda and his team have looked after for more than twelve years, allowing a complexity well beyond commercial manzanilla. Like every La Bota, it is bottled en rama, without the aggressive filtration that leaves most manzanilla water-clear, so it arrives pale and golden.
