This release follows La Bota No. 29 and is the second of three barrels bottled two years apart from the same source. The spirit was thirteen years old when bottled, with the last three of those years spent in an old manzanilla cask at Rey Fernando de Castilla in El Puerto de Santa María, a lighter and drier finishing than an oloroso butt would give and one that leaves the brandy floral rather than sweet. The whole butt was bottled, in 500ml format, so the release is finite and not repeatable.
