Block 2 is bottled on its own to show the character of one particular part of the vineyard. The region's cool nights, gravelly soils and long ripening season give Riesling fine acidity and stony drive. The 2025 is described as floral and waxy, with jasmine tea, Meyer lemon and persimmon, a stony backbone, lemon oil and fleshy yellow fruit balanced by natural acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWell chilled, it suits freshly shucked oysters, grilled whiting, Vietnamese salads or pork with apple.
