The 2023 is deep purple, with dark berries, cassis, beeswax, bay and dried herb aromas, and a fresh palate of concentrated berry fruit and earthy flavours layered over a fine tannin line.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePour it at around 16 degrees with rare roast beef, lamb with rosemary, or a mushroom and lentil pie.
