Fruit was sorted by hand and pressed as bunches, then fermented spontaneously on heavy solids in large-format barrels, 15 per cent of them new. A portion finished malolactic conversion naturally. Ten months on full gross lees, no stirring, built the supple and integrated texture that has become the house signature, and you can feel it in the weight of the wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eStone fruit and juicy citrus, richness pitched exactly right, and a chewy, mouth-filling texture behind it. Acidity is bracing, presence considerable.
