Vigour is modest, the bunches small, and the fruit consistently makes the sort of intense but finely drawn wine Barney Flanders is known for. After rigorous sorting, whole bunches were pressed into 500-litre puncheons for a wild ferment, then left nine months on gross lees. The 2024 season was cool, and its fingerprints are all over the finished wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSalt-licked and clean, opening with a zap of acidity and a flint strike before white stone fruit and anise spice glow through. Serve at 11 degrees, and give it air if you are drinking it young.
