Grenache dominates, as it does in every wine the family makes, with a little Syrah for structure. The estate works by hand and without herbicides, and the cellar is resolutely traditional: fermentation with indigenous yeast in concrete, minimal handling, and ageing in tank so that no oak reaches the finished wine.
