The cool maritime climate and long, mild ripening season give fruit with natural acidity and fine structure, well suited to the classic cool-climate varieties. The Single Vineyard Series is the estate's top tier, isolating individual sites so that the differences in soil, aspect and exposure can be tasted side by side.
