The Arnold family run the property, with Justin Arnold making the wines on site. The cool maritime climate and long, mild ripening season give fruit with natural acidity and fine structure, well suited to the classic cool-climate varieties. The Supernatural range is made with a light hand: wild ferments, no fining, no filtration and low sulphur. Summer Skins is built on Pinot Gris left on its skins for colour and texture, with a portion of Pinot Noir and a component of barrel-fermented Riesling adding lift and a little extra weight.
