It is one of the three vineyards the winery has bottled separately for years. Whole-bunch pressed, fermented with wild yeast in French oak and matured on lees, with new wood kept to a minimum.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 12 degrees with fish, roast chicken or a soft rind cheese.
