Syrah is the only permitted grape and the wines are traditionally the firmest and darkest of the northern Rhone. This cuvee comes from old vines in the Saint Pierre lieu-dit at the top of the hill, where the granite is shallow and the wind exposure greater, giving concentration with freshness.
