This wine comes from one estate vineyard near the town and is the producer's sole focus, grown and made to reflect the site. Held back at the winery before release, the 2018 shows red currant, boysenberry, violet, dried herb, tobacco and clove, with cherry, raspberry and liquorice on a finely textured palate and a long, mineral finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe at around 15 to 17 degrees.
