The Springvale vineyard is farmed organically. The fruit is whole-bunch pressed, cool-fermented in stainless steel, kept off oak and bottled young to hold its lime and blossom character.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or lightly spiced dishes.
