The wine shows the dusty, earthy side typical of the region's Cabernet alongside intense ripe berry fruit. By Western Australian standards it is a big wine, with a fleshy mid-palate and ripe, smooth tannins giving length and shape, and there is plenty still to unfold with time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGive it an hour in a decanter if opening young, and serve at around 16 to 18 degrees.
