French oak and careful winemaking add struck flint, brioche and subtle spice to the vineyard's yellow citrus, cut apple, stone fruit and fig. The palate is fine and creamy, and the minerality that is such a feature of this vineyard carries through to a long, elegant finish. A few years in bottle have added further depth.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePair it with lobster, roast pork loin or a truffle-scented risotto.
