It captures a wide sweep of Barossa aromatics: plum, blackberry, mint, aniseed and eucalyptus, with cedar and vanilla from oak. The wine walks the line between ripe fruit and savouriness, with a deep core of black fruit that lifts and opens with air, and tannins that trail long through the finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGive it a good decant and serve at about 18 degrees with rare roast beef, venison or a rich mushroom and red wine stew.
