Henriques \u0026amp; Henriques, based at Câmara de Lobos, age their aged-indication wines in cask at the lodges, and a decade in wood gives a wine that is deeper and more concentrated all round than the entry blends. What stands out, though, is the refreshing elegance that comes with it: the residual sweetness is carried by the high natural acidity that survives fortification and long oxidative ageing, so the wine finishes clean rather than syrupy. It is bottled at 500ml, a sensible format for a wine drunk in small glasses.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is ready on release and an opened bottle will keep for months.
