Hollick Shiraz 2018

The Wrattonbully Shiraz displays the rare combination of power and elegance. There is an abundance of sweet Shiraz fruit flavours, but the wine retains a good balance and surprisingly supple tannins. Flavours and aromas of honeysuckle, passionfruit skins and roses typical to the Wrattonbully wine region underline the complexity of the wine and are in harmony with the primary black fruits of the Shiraz variety.
