Hollick Wilgha Shiraz 2016

The Hollick Wilgha Shiraz is the result of painstaking attention to detail in the vineyard and winery, and the uncompromising standards set by the entire Hollick team. The initial selection for this wine is made in the vineyard. The Wilgha vineyard is situated on the south-western corner of the famed Coonawarra terra rossa strip. The best Shiraz grown on the Hollick ‘Wilgha’ vineyard is put aside for this wine, generally it comes from the 1975 plantings, on a shallow patch of rich Terra Rossa soil.
