Emily's Paddock is the smaller and more concentrated of the two estate blocks, a low-yielding site planted to Shiraz with a small proportion of Cabernet Franc grown and fermented alongside it. The vines are dry grown on their own roots and farmed with organic and bio-dynamic practices, so crops are naturally small.
