Rock:it is sourced from the Angaston foothills, on the eastern side of the Barossa Valley where the land climbs towards the Eden Valley and cooler, rockier conditions help retain freshness. The blend brings together four Mediterranean varieties long grown in the Barossa: Grenache for perfume and red fruit, Shiraz for depth, Mataro for savoury structure and Cinsault for lift.
