The cool 2023 season suited an aromatic style, and this wine shows violets, cracked pepper and savoury notes around a core of cassis, with crunchy acidity and fine, cocoa-like tannins giving shape to a long, balanced finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePour it slightly cool, at around 15 to 17 degrees, with grilled lamb and herbs, mushroom risotto, or charcuterie and cheese.
