Its first Riesling vines went in during 1979, and the family reacquired the property in 2006. The site is divided into blocks with differing loam soils over siltstone, and the best are bottled separately. Block 114 has aged beautifully, keeping primary fruit freshness while gaining custard apple, lemonade and butter notes; the palate is full yet restrained, with lemon pith, pink grapefruit and lime cordial and a long, refreshing finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eServe lightly chilled so its aged complexity shows.
