The 2022 is dark and savoury: black plum, blue fruit, pepper, dried herbs and smoky earth, with sage and a hint of amaro, well-defined tannins and a slatey finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDecant for half an hour and serve at around 16 to 18 degrees.
