The 2022 has satsuma plum and blackberry with anise, clove and dried herbs, and a richly textured palate packed with blue and dark fruit, ironstone and licorice. It is deep and powerful, with fine long tannins and balanced acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDecant for at least an hour and serve at around 17 to 18 degrees. Pair with a standing rib roast, venison loin or aged hard cheeses.
