It shows savoury black fruit, plum and blackberry with sage, clove and earth, layers of powerful dark fruit, hints of spice and licorice, and firm, fine-grained cedary tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDecant this wine for an hour or so and serve at around 17 to 18 degrees. A rare roast of beef, braised oxtail or a hard aged cheese will suit it.
