The mash bill uses organic New York corn with a high malted-barley component and no wheat or rye, double distilled in copper pot stills in the Paymaster Building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Small-barrel maturation gives the whiskey more wood influence per year than a standard Kentucky format would.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eToffee, dried apricot, malt and a warm baking-spice finish, tightly knit at bonded strength. Neat is best, with a drop of water if you want it looser.
