The result sits somewhere between a whiskey and a cocktail ingredient, and it is nothing like the sugary flavoured spirits the category is usually associated with. Founders Colin Spoelman and David Haskell have a track record of taking unfashionable formats seriously, and this was one of their earliest experiments.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRoasted cocoa, malt and a soft grainy sweetness, with a dry, slightly bitter finish from the husks.
