Kings County has built a habit of poking at overlooked categories, and flavoured moonshine, usually the province of novelty bottles, is one of them. This is the serious version, made from good grain in Brooklyn.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDark cocoa and toasted grain on the nose, with the corn sweetness underneath and a clean finish. Drink it cold and neat as a digestif, or use it in an Espresso Martini or a whiskey and cream shortcut.
