The distillers take very narrow cuts to draw off only the cleanest part of the run, and the spirit is bottled without chill filtration so the corn oils stay where they are.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSeductively perfumed, with bread dough and cornmeal leading into a silky, balanced palate. Excellent chilled and neat, better than most people expect.
