Colin Spoelman and David Haskell have run the distillery since 2010, and a preference for pot stills and good grain over volume runs through everything they bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePeppery and herbal, with clove, dried mint, rye bread and a dry, spicy finish. Neat with a drop of water, or over ice.
