Today's Vin de Constance is made from Muscat de Frontignan grown on the estate's granite-derived slopes, picked late and in several passes as the berries raisin on the vine. The wine is then matured in oak for an extended period and bottled in a replica of the historic 500ml bottle. The 2022 shows apricot, quince and dried pineapple, with fig, salted caramel and elderflower, lifted by a refreshing salinity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePour it slightly chilled with a cheese board featuring Roquefort or aged Comté, or alongside apricot tart, poached pears or pâté.
