Kooyong works only with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, bottling several single-block wines alongside this Estate blend, which draws on parcels across the property. Winemaking is gentle and hands-off, with oak kept in the background so the fruit and fine tannins lead. The winery shares its family ownership and winemaking team with Port Phillip Estate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTry it at around 15 to 16 degrees with duck breast, seared tuna or a porcini and thyme pasta.
