In the winery, some whole bunches and a light carbonic influence bring brightness and aromatic lift. The 2025 has dark cherry, ripe strawberry, plum and raspberry, with brown spice, a whole-bunch note and a hint of Turkish delight. The palate is plush, with red and blue fruit, rounded tannins and a smooth, flavourful finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is an easy Pinot to enjoy young.
