Chablis has forty premier crus but they vary enormously; the right bank, which includes the Grands Crus, generally gives the fuller wines. Fermentation is in tank with minimal oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe at 11 degrees with scallops, roast chicken or a rich fish dish.
