The best sites are steep terraces of decomposed granite, thin and free-draining, and the two permitted white grapes are Marsanne, which brings weight and a waxy, nutty character, and Roussanne, which adds perfume and acidity. This cuvee comes from the Les Vessettes parcel and is blended half and half from the two, and the estate is farmed organically.
