The 2024 was pressed as bunches and handled entirely in tank, with full malolactic conversion and no fining, filtration or more than a token of sulphur at bottling. Luke Lambert has been consistent on the point that Denton's granite reads loudest in Chardonnay, and the extra mineral depth across this range since he shifted sourcing here backs him up. Yarra Chardonnay of this seriousness at this price is not thick on the ground.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRipe citrus and stone fruit up front, talc and flint behind, with weight in the mouth cinched tight by zippy acidity. The close is all citrus and mineral. Serve it at 11 to 12 degrees.
