Only a tenth of the fruit went in as bunches in 2024, a deliberate step back so the blueberry and spice were not crowded out and the fine, granite-derived tannin could stay in focus. Maturation happened in seasoned 5,000-litre barrels, and the wine went to bottle unfined and unfiltered. Lambert has said it drinks a little like a good Dolcetto, which is a fair reading of its weight and its cheerfulness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBlue fruit, spice and a wisp of reduction over the vineyard's stony signature. Fleshy and juicy, hemmed in by dusty, talcy tannin and a mineral-flecked close. Serve at 15 degrees, a touch cool.
